A Day in the Life of a Solutions Sales Consultant:
As a Solution Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working jointly with Sales, Client Engagement, NetSuite Consulting, and 360 Cloud Apps Product teams to provide scoping, solutioning, and estimation of solution effort required for prospects and clients. Although the sales or the client engagement teams obtain the initial customer requirements, the Solution Sales Consultant will work with those teams to prepare solutions and demonstrations to ensure that the prospect’s requirements are fully understood and included in work proposals. You will develop an understanding of 360 Cloud Solutions’ and 360 Cloud Apps’ vision, mission, and values to work collaboratively between these teams.
Who You Are
You are a Solution Sales Consultant with at least four years of professional experience in pre-sales, NetSuite consulting, or similar qualifying experience. You have a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations (ideally: sales or service). You’re experienced in preparing and presenting solution-value propositions, creating Statements of Work and cost estimates, and successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing or in-person meetings.
You possess strong customer-facing verbal skills for demo/meeting facilitation and negotiation, Strong customer relationship acumen and confidence in solution advisory/consulting, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and have an excellent understanding of common industry-standard business practices. You must be experienced in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class business solutions.
Bonus points for experience in full-cycle implementations of cloud systems applications
This role may be remote; however, travel is required up to 25%.
