360 Cloud Solutions has grown and evolved over the past years, and we’ve found that this has been an incredible opportunity for our team members to learn new skills, gain valuable experiences, and take on new challenges.
At 360, we’ve created a culture of internal growth and mobility by encouraging our team members to transfer into new roles and explore different parts of our company during their tenure at 360. The outcome is that they have gained diverse experience which helps them better understand how the company operates, which in turn ensures that they excel in their roles. In the end, this allows our clients to receive excellent support and guidance throughout their NetSuite implementations and post-implementation support. In this post, we’ll spotlight two of our tenured employees and share their stories of internal growth and success stories.
Grant Croissant, Senior Sales Executive, has been with 360 Cloud Solutions since 2012! During this time here, he’s enjoyed a variety of roles and responsibilities.
Grant’s Story
I am currently in a blended role working in Sales as well as in Client Engagement. From a sales perspective, I constantly get to meet new people that are prospective clients from all over the country working in a wide variety of industries. It’s always very interesting getting to learn more about their businesses, whether they are evaluating NetSuite or currently on NetSuite but looking for help with various project initiatives.
Working with our Client Engagement team gives me the opportunity to manage relationships with about 30 different customers I have gotten to know over the years. This is such a rewarding position because I am the liaison between the customers and NetSuite. We also learn about their business over time and build a backlog of strategic initiatives that we can engage in over time. In this role, I have also been able to build strong relationships with my counterparts that work at NetSuite.
I started at 360 as a Project Manager when there were just a handful of employees, and the culture was very much that of a startup. My background has been in project management, and I have always enjoyed working in that capacity. At the time being the only project manager I was able to get visibility into all of the various projects, we were working on which expedited my exposure to NetSuite. We also didn’t have any client engagement managers, so I was on the front line of managing our customer relationships which gave me valuable experiences that I have used throughout my career at 360.
Eventually, I ended up managing the PMO at 360 which allowed me to hire and train other project managers. Through this process, I was also able to help create, standardize, and document processes and incorporate the various tools we used throughout the organization. Again, this gave me a new and unique perspective on our business.
At one point, during a transitional period at 360, I served as the COO for 4 years and took on a multitude of responsibilities. I had far more visibility into the business, took on more management roles, and had a larger focus on our business strategies.
The Best Part Of Your Job
The best part of my job throughout all the roles I have had at 360 has been the people that I have worked with throughout the years. It’s such a unique experience in today’s job market to have the opportunity to work with such talented, bright people. Having the pleasure of getting to know these people over a decade has been so fulfilling. I have witnessed my coworkers and clients grow their families and we have supported each other through the more challenging times, as well as being able to celebrate life’s successes.
Recent Success Story – Going Above and Beyond
I was just speaking with a customer today who is a NetSuite Administrator and is new to the company. During our conversation, he told me that he enjoyed working with our team because we are always available to go above and beyond in helping them out. Specifically, this individual is constantly excited about learning more about NetSuite’s capabilities and he was so appreciative that our team consistently takes the extra time to educate him when we are working on various project initiatives. It’s that extra individual approach that makes all the difference when we are working with our clients.
What is Unique About 360?
I think what makes 360 unique is our people and culture. As a differentiator in our industry, we have focused on organic growth and placed the quality and aptitude of our people at the center of our strategic approach to doing business. Our roles are largely autonomous, and our teammates are accountable for operating at the highest levels, working together as a team. There are very few instances in our daily discourse where we aren’t all working together towards a common goal and the teamwork, dependability, and camaraderie make the work we do special.
Tema Moss, NetSuite Consultant, has been with 360 Cloud Solutions for the past five years. Tema says that the part of her job is that she is always learning and developing new skills.
Tema’s Story
I started at 360 in a Project Manager role. During my two years as a Project Manager, I gained exposure to NetSuite and earned both the NetSuite Foundations and NetSuite Administrator certifications. I enjoyed working in NetSuite and wanted to be more hands-on, so I transitioned into a consultant role. I spent most of my three years as a consultant implementing 360 Subscription Billing and participated in a full NetSuite implementation. Since I was one of the few consultants with expertise in 360 Subscription Billing, I also supported a few Managed Services customers using the product. I enjoyed developing longer-term relationships with Managed Services customers, the broader exposure to NetSuite, and the variety of support requests, so I recently transitioned to the Managed Services team. Although I have transitioned to Managed Services, I am still supporting 360 Subscription Billing implementations. I enjoy having the flexibility to work in different areas depending on business needs.
Success Story – Relationship-Driven Mindset or Client Growth Strategy
I implemented our flagship product, 360 Subscription Billing for a client three years ago. Last year, they signed a Managed Services contract. Since I had developed a relationship with them, I became their dedicated consultant who assisted them with 360 Subscription Billing and general NetSuite support requests. Over the past year, I met with them weekly and worked with them to optimize their system and address various issues. Now that their users are more comfortable with the system and they have fewer support requests, they have transitioned to ad-hoc ongoing support.
What is Unique About 360?
360 consultants are some of the most brilliant and experienced in the industry, but they are also kind and willing to help others with less experience. I have endless opportunities to take on new challenges, but always feel supported by our 360 teams.
