A Sales Representative at 360 Cloud Solutions will be responsible for generating sales leads, driving sales, diligently prospecting, and proactively reporting. You will create and present persuasive sales proposals to encourage sales and sales renewals. You’ll use your knowledge of NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, 360 Subscription Billing, and quick thinking to demonstrate the tools prospective clients need to accelerate growth and drive innovation.

A Day in the Life
- Proactively develop and lead sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing NetSuite Services and Managed Services opportunities.
- Demonstrate innovative approaches to sales cycles and pipeline development.
- Effectively interact through face-to-face meetings, web-based meetings, phone and email communications to key prospects up to and including C-level executives.
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Manage qualified leads and progress through a professionally run sales cycle.
- Manage the prospect and all stakeholders, manage the opportunity in CRM, and manage all related documentation required to close new business.
- Strategize and optimize time, budget, and solution.
- Draft required documentation for proposals and contracts.
- Data analysis & Reporting (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Professional representation at the company at events, trade shows, and onsite engagements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to 360 standard processes and policies across all aspects of the sales funnel process: from CRM lead entry validation to sales qualification to CRM opportunity scoping to estimate/SOW document provision & negotiation.
- Support quality knowledge transfers to Client Engagement, Project Managers, and our subject matter experts as they come into opportunities.
- Understand and support the need for transparency and verifiable decision points in a team-sell environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years selling business application software.
- 3+ years’ experience with NetSuite Sales.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
- Strong understanding of a recurring revenue model.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to lead prospect-facing discussions on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Proven ability to take responsibility for multiple sales cycles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and C-Level Executives.
- Comfortable in a team-work driven environment, selling with teams of subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to manage prospects through the sales cycle.
- Attention to detail, ensuring contracts and documents are created correctly, and presented to the prospect professionally, supporting the investment proposition.
- A self-motivated leader who doesn’t require significant oversight to perform.
- Demonstrated ability to influence action and gain consensus to meet objectives
Additional Preferred Criteria
- Experience in selling Services, Contracts, and IoT industries
- Cloud CRM (NetSuite preferred) as a primary tool to manage the sales cycle
- Sales Opportunity Pipeline Management & Analytics
- Cloud business management systems such as NetSuite, Box, and Google Apps
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education and/or Experience:
A business degree is preferred but may not be required if there is strong qualifying experience in accounting and/or business management and a proven sales track record.

- Must be willing to complete work on time. Keeping commitments is a must.
- Ability to multi-task and manage detailed processes in a fast-paced working environment.
- Available during core business office hours.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
- 40 hours per week is a minimum requirement for salaried employees.
