The 360 Subscription Billing Channels Manager is an exciting addition to our dynamic and growing business development team. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining relationships across our growing Partner Channels, while also assisting with End Customer marketing and sales activities. In these capacities, this candidate will primarily focus on our proprietary flagship software product, 360 Subscription Billing (360SB).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and coordinate outreach + relationship-building to Salesforce Partners that seem to align with 360 / 360SB
- Build and coordinate outreach + relationship-building to NetSuite Partners that seem to align with 360 / 360SB
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to originate targeting around existing Salesforce leads for new 360 Subscription Billing (and NetSuite) sales
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to originate targeting around existing NetSuite leads for new 360 Subscription Billing sales
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to develop content and delivery to generate existing Salesforce leads for new 360 Subscription Billing (and NetSuite) sales
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to develop content and delivery to generate existing NetSuite leads for new 360 Subscription Billing sales
- Plan and originate Events for 360 Subscription Billing, in collaboration with 360 Marketing and Sales teams
- Where feasible, assist with Sales cycle activities for existing 360 Subscription Billing leads
- Collaborate with Marketing on Digital/ Social Presence / Branding, and PR/Communications for 360 Subscription Billing
- Regularly plan and update tasks for projects, campaigns, etc. in the work management system. Including assigned tasks and follow-up/coordination for related tasks assigned to others. Plus, also CRM lead, prospect, partner, and customer + task management.
- Assist with market research and analysis, plus partner and customers’ behaviors to drive targeting and campaigns in partner channels and/or end customer markets.
- Work cross-functionally with the 360 Subscription Billing leadership and product development teams to learn all about the 360 Subscription Billing product.
- Leverage a variety of online tools to investigate the recurring billing, membership, and recuring product subscription business environments and various market channels.
- Provide recommendations about who and where we should be targeting our efforts for potential new markets, based on your findings and experience.
- Coordinate Client License transactions (in coordination with Sales + Client Engagement)
- Communicate with Clients via Email/Phone Communications (in coordination with Client Engagement)
- Support communications with NetSuite, other Partners, and Stakeholders via Email/Phone (in coordination with Sales & Leadership)
- Coordinate 360’s response and follow through with new Leads (in coordination with Sales & Leadership)
- Assist with Events (in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Client Engagement)
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Support sales presentations by videos, slide shows, and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses (as coordinated by Sales & Marketing Manager)
- Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and internet packages.
- Update CRM database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, and graphs.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent with 2+ years related experience.
- Confident with a strong sense of self-leadership and team engagement + collaboration.
- Ability to multi-task and manage detailed processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and task-oriented, with List and Task coordination/management experience.
- Experience in using a cloud CRM system (NetSuite or Salesforce preferred)
- Strong proficiency with verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence action and gain consensus to meet objectives
- Ability to work remote and in-office as well as travel on occasion for internal and events.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing client / partner / stakeholder relationships
- Professional demeanor and business acumen
- Prior experience in a similar role at a similar organization to 360 Cloud Apps or Solutions
- Prior experience working in software or channel business development
